Hydromassage - Hottub

A "small swimming-pool" that offers a combination of relaxation and hydrotherapy with water in temperature 35-38°C. There are models that also offer sea therapy.                                                          

Sauna

This is thermotherapy with lots of beneficial qualities. Causing perspiration through the temperature that reaches 90°C, it expands the pores and cleans the body from toxins.                                                           

Ηamam

Hot bath in steam atmosphere with special conditions of temperature (43-46°C) and humidity (100%). It is particularly beneficial for the respiratory system, it stimulates the skin and relaxes.                                      

Laconium

It is a pleasant relaxing dry enviroment designed to recreate the atmosphere of a Roman sauna. The tempereture operates around 55°C. The elemination of metabolic waste accelerated and the body's own defenses are mobilized.

Caldarium

Based upon a roman type steam room, with vapours of moist eucalyptus, has an optimal temperature range of 42°- 45°C.Muscular tention relaxes, stress is reduced, limbs and joint pains are eased. It's a mild, but effective means of relieving stress.

Sanarium

A combination of sauna and Hamam. With temperature 60°C with the steam, psychological peacefulness and natural renewal is achieved especially when combined with chromatotherapy.        

Tropical shower - Cold mist

The combination of water and perfumes in 2 different temperatures. It stimulates the skin and revives the body leaving a pleasant sense at the end.

Massage

Heated seats and massage benches complete a modern spa space.
